We selectively build lead-to-job systems for established service businesses outside our specialized industries. Because these engagements require additional research, workflow design and testing, they begin at a higher level.
Specialized industries receive the $497 Smart Website price because Service Roo already has niche-specific website templates, forms, pipeline structures and workflows. Custom systems for other businesses start higher because that framework does not yet exist.

The specialized Smart Website System has a $997 implementation fee and a six-month initial agreement. Our $1,500 and $2,250 managed programs waive the setup fee with a six-month initial agreement. A month-to-month option for the managed programs is available with a $2,500 setup and implementation fee. Custom systems and Holiday Lighting have separate terms based on scope.
The $997 implementation fee covers customizing the niche-specific website, configuring the CRM and pipeline, connecting lead forms, setting up the dedicated number and standard automations, and testing the system before launch.
Most systems launch within 2–3 weeks after onboarding, depending on access, content, approvals, and any transition requirements.
Yes. Businesses can start with the Smart Website System and upgrade when they are ready for managed lead generation. Existing website, CRM and lead data carry into the upgraded system.
The client retains ownership or administrative access to its domain, advertising accounts and customer data. Completed client-specific content and assets can be transferred according to the service agreement. Service Roo templates, workflows, software licenses and internal systems are not transferred automatically.
